Hello, there should be a way to communicate between php scripts and your ftp server (users accounts). Also your ftp server needs configuration, i can offer you this solution that only applies to linux servers, installation and configuration of vsftpd with DB+PAM, php scripts with the requirements of the project, you will be able to handle the user/pass from scripts so you wont need to touch any config of ftp server. [A] FTP access for FTP access you will need to setup the accounts yourself on your server, unless you provide me API to do so. I can create the folders but I cannot interface with your FTP server software through PHP. Depending on the FTP software that is used depends on whether the code I write can create the user's FTP accounts. [B] File upload I can create forms to let the users manage their files on the server. [C] Database A database will have to be in place to control who the reviewers are and who the users are. This can be MySQL, XML or some other flat file system.
