Setup open source application WEAVE on Apache VPS (hosted by godaddy)

I need to install an opensource application called WEAVE on my godaddy VPS. Its an apache server. I just need to get the application up and running,with maybe jus one test dataset to make sure it's working. I can configure it after that. If you are familiar with installing these types of things I dont think it should take that long. I am estimating 3 hours. I want to get it done for under $50. I will post the stats on the VPS on here and Links to the WEAVE application. If this job is done well I will definitely use the person further for more work on customizing WEAVE, so it would be good if the person has some knowledge of the FLEX API, PHP, APACHE, etc...
