Simple but professional looking site needed

Hello Everyone, I have a hosting company and I am looking for a make over. I need a fresh site designed which is simple yet professional looking. I need a fast turn around yet without compromising quality. Please provide any reference sites that you have worked on before. I do not want clones of sites already out there nor copies of sites or templates. I Prefer the site in PHP. HTML will do as well as long as I can easily modify for future use. 10% payment on bid acceptance. 40% Once preliminary / mock up site is shown and selected.
