Soccer Website

My last freelancer cannot do the job of putting together new sections for my football website. It requires an understanding of Drupal and just as importantly, a basic understanding of soccer betting. The pages are all designed so all that is needed is the programming and implementation. The Website is in Chinese, but we will give specific instructions on where the text and images go. The section is one month late already, so I need a person/firm to work on this as a matter of urgency and to complete the task in 7 working days.
