This is a very large project I want to make. I need it working in 3 months completely. The website needs to be absolutely perfect before it goes live. Please see [login to view URL] and also [login to view URL] It is a mix between, airtasker, freight seek, ebay and freelancer. It needs to be similar. This website needs to iphone/android friendly also. It is for the building industry in Australia. The website should: - allow clients to post small/medium/large construction projects on the website - builders / trades can put their bids - after job is complete, they provide feedback on the job - the client pays a 10% deposit to the website to book the job in which goes to me. - the remainder of the payment is taken by the tradesman - the client need to be able to see who the trades are locally - the client needs to have a login which they can use to login and help them choose There are many other requirements, it is a complex website and will require very good programming, and data base. All information provided must be kept completely confidential. The successful applicant will: 1. Tell me exactly how they will go about completing this project, in terms of what systems they will use. 2. Speak fluent English 3. Be available from 9am to 9pm (Eastern Standard Time, Melbourne Australia) 4. Be professional, fast, and responsive to requests 5. Provide a skill set of work complete 6. Provide relevant websites they have created. Do not bother sending in anything less or just tell me you can complete the project. I will ignore messages that do not specifically respond to everything I have noted above. For any other details you will need to contact me, I have a sample of how the website should kind of look and also all the requirements the website needs. It is not certain, it is just an example of what I want. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, is that the website has to be simple enough for the average person to create an account, take a photo or upload photos of a construction project and post it for people to bid on.
