Twitter api programer, wanted for a clone site

Twitter API programer, PHP, jQuery, Designer to clone the two sites referenced below. Description Hello, and welcome to this project I looking for capable PHP Programmer with a good web design background who is familiar with Twitter API, PHP and jQuery, Photoshop, and would be interested in cloning the 2 sites below. Simple start page / Web2 feel and look. Use of jQuery, login, forms, and navigation through site. Clean graphics, and simple to use. The basics of this script/site is a mashup/combination of the two referenced sites below - Register their twitter account on the site - Grant the site/script access to their twitter account - Automate the following/followers requests and also auto follow other memebers - Current displayed form will be modified / customized - This would be a paid service after 5000 users are signed up. The first 5000 users are free. - Setup auto responders to the Direct Messages the users receive - Send stats to users Email on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. - Be fully automated for the users, and for me to maintain. - This would have to integrate with Paypal for the subscription payment process. - Site/Script would need to be able to send out and automate tweets on a user scheduled basis. - Easy back end management - Clean trendy graphics [ Sites to be combined ] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This script will also need to be very user friendly and also trendy. I would expect the script/site to be easy to maintain and easy to update. In all aspects, I am looking for a site or a script to be designed that will allow the above to be done. I am willing to pay upfront plus a 25% monthly percentage of revenue for the first three months after the initial 5000 users have registered.
