Dear bidders, We want to develop a website like [login to view URL] Therefore developed site must be designed following same structure, language and containing all its funcionalities. As it is very basic web design, small budget is mandatory. Bidders shall comply with following requirements: - Web, complete files and folders, will be sent totally finished nor later than 8th April. - Payment terms. There will be no upfront payment. Payment terms will be as follows: o 10% After completion of first milestone. First milestone shall include ad draft design of at least main page of the site that will be showed by using external link provided by awarded bidder . o 30% After completion of half project (50% website of the site has been developed). . o Remaining 60% after completion of works and after sending complete files and folder of the site. - Awarded bidder shall provide skype account and shall be permanently connected and available during working time. - Penalties. For each working day delay remaining 60% payment after completion of works will be reduced by 1%, so 1 week delay (considering working days Monday to Friday) will mean a 5% reduction on last payment. - Payments shall be done directly to paypal account provided by awarded bidder. - Web developer shall provide manual/instructions to deal with control panel of the site after completion of works.
