Website with Express Checkout & Small CRM

We are looking for website which will be quite similar to websites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] . functionality are going to be more or less similar, we will have a members section or say my account section. we will have option of multiple payment gateways. live chat will also be there our website our chat service provider is comm100. look & feel has to be really very professional. Back-end control panel will have admin panel for website from where we can do basic administration like content modification, add or modify product price etc. other than admin panel we are looking for complete MIS which can also be integrated with a basic CRM. for detailed info on the websites requirement please refer to to attached file. I have posted this project under ecommerce website few day before but somehow not been able to get required ...... Giving one more try :-)
