Wordpress Updates

I need a Wordpress expert that can: - convert and upload 2 vidoes to my site. I have already installed the Kimili Flash Embed plugin - update my Wordpress version to the most recent release - add a logo (that I am having created by another designer) and customize a more professional theme that matches the logo Assuming this project goes well I will want to use you for regular updates on my sites.
