Kernel extension for OS X which provides IPSEC NAT Traversal support

Looking for a kernel extension for Mac OS X Tiger (10.4) which will provide NAT Traversal support for the built in IPSEC client. The built in IPSEC client does have NAT Traversal built in, however, it only works with OS X Server's VPN Server. It's not industry standard. Ideally, Internet Connect would have some configuration options for this (for port configuration, etc). However, this might be difficult, so a separate application to configure it would be fine. I believe the easiest way to go about this is as follows: - Intercept all outgoing ESP packets. Encapsulate the packet into a UDP/500 IKE packet following the RFC for NAT-T. Additionally, some vendors devices will allow you to encapsulate the packet into any TCP or UDP packet and on any port. Support for this would be nice, but not required. - Intercept all incoming encapsulated packets and decapsulate them. The deliverable should be able to connect to a NetScreen firewall/VPN device. If you take source code from open source projects, you will ensure that all licensing agreements remain in place and credit is given to the original project/authors. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
