Small Custom Firewall

MUST BE STRONG IN NETWORKING!!! Summary: This program will act as a firewall to not allow certain incoming connections to connect to the network. It will also give you the capability to not allow connections at all while the program is running. It will have the capability to detect and choose a network card that is in your computer, and it will Sniff the incoming IP's that are using that network card. Another feature will be to filter the Incoming IP's by ports, so that it will only display an IP if it's connected to a certain port. That will minimize all of the local area network IP's. Another feature will by done like Modem Standby; some modems have a button on them that when pressed the modem will go into standby and not allow any connections until it has been pressed again. I would like to incorporate that into this. You will have the option to set up like a Macro; you can input 2 values (On and OFF). When you hit start, it will turn standby on until its told to turn off by the OFF value you entered. This will have to keep repeating until you stop that part of the program. Lastly it must be able to block certain IP's and allow others, acting like a firewall. I need to be able to enter IP's of users, and it will put them on a Block List, while everyone on the Allow List still has access to my network, thus connecting to me fine. Contents: This app will use a few databases. It needs to be able to store recently connected Ips in a database of some type. This is always loaded unless the user clears the list. It will use one mysql database that will be online, on a website. When a user first opens the program, there prompted to login or register. The online database basically needs to store the created user names and passwords for this. It will then check back and if it exists it will allow them access to the application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? It will use some databases. DESCRIPTION EXTENDED Concept: This program is basically a very simple firewall. It will allow you to allow or deny certain IP's that are trying to access your connection. Requirements: This application must be able to run behind other applications so that a person may have other windows open on top of it. It needs to be clean and able to navigate through. All im really concerned about is how it looks. The pictures you will see below are just what the concept is so that you can see my ideas on paper. The Demo App I made doesn't function, its just placement of the items I wish to have put into it.
