Unique UserName and Password Coding

I have a membership or subscription based web site. My customers pay a monthly subscription fee to access mp3 files of Spanish lessons. The customers sign up for the service at: <[login to view URL]> But the mp3 files are stored on a pass-word protected directory at: <[login to view URL]> I have a dedicated server from [login to view URL] All of my site's customers have the same username and password. I need an application that will: 1. Develop a small module that allows each customer to creat his own unique password (the username should be the customer's email address) 2. The user will be able to view his acct info including credit card info 3. The user will be able to change his credit card info or even cancel his acct if he wants. 4. the application will also give me a control panel or module that allows me to cancel or temporarily suspend any customer’s username and password if the customer's credit card is declined. By the way, my domain is hosted in a linux server (linux os is installed on the server). PHP & MySQL are installed on the Linux server. I understand that this is a rather simple project for someone that knows what he is doing. I would also need the project completed as soon as possible. I am extremely busy and do not have any time to waste.
