Edit a wordpress plugin.

Please read everything and ask any questions you have BEFORE bidding. I don't like answering questions that are answered in the description, nor do I like putting a tone of effort into finding a match just to find the person change their bid astronomically. I have a plugin created by tokbox using their API(I'll post a link where you can download it at the bottom). Currently, it allows admins to start a video stream, then anyone on the site can join in the conversation or just watch it. I need it changed into basically a video-conferencing app, so that anyone can start a conversation with anyone else, the receiver can choose and accept or deny the call (once accepted, that conversation needs to be private between the two people involved).
