X-Cart Expert Apparel

We are looking for an expert in modifications for X-Cart. We wish to change our present system. Speed and search engine friendliness are important. Please see existing site [login to view URL] for idea of functionality. The list below is somewhat in order of importance. Please breakdown quote pertaining to each function. The Home page has not been created yet but most likely will be an [login to view URL] but may utilize header toolbar. I would like to possible have 3 different styles of pages that would rotate every day. 1. Look and feel Designer Pages (JPG included in this email) A. Please note the product information is under the large blowup including size availability 2. Look and feel Product page (See Product Page JPG.) A. Would like product photo to blow up similar to what [login to view URL] plus a link for a size chart. Please see how this sites product page works. B. Must be able to sell separate size tops and bottoms on same page 3. API Technipak (This is our fulfillment house and I have included code in attachment) A. Order info has to be passed back and forth between us and Technipak including 1. New Orders 2. Return/Exchange info 3. Tracking info 4. inventory updates 5. Also a way to compare Technipak inventory vs. X-Cart inventory 4. Modifications of modules for Refer A Friend, Affiliate and Loyalty programs 1. There need to be two systems for Referrals one for Customers and one for Professionals A. Customer system (All points go into one system) 1. Earn points for merchandise or gift certificates a. Refer A Friend to earn b. Accumulate points by making purchases c. Each referrer will have a unique electronic coupon code to give out d. This coupon may also give the user a discount, free gift or free shipping depending on the offer e. Participants can track and view points 4B. Checkout 1. How did you hear about us with pulldown. 2. Ability to take more than one coupon at a time. 3. Gift Wrapping option 5. Purchase order creator online A. This might be as easy as creating another website with products with wholesale prices and then an email is sent to the vendor and the fulfillment house with the order. B. Ability to sell products on [login to view URL] (we already do) 1. X-Cart products can easily be loaded to [login to view URL] 2. Orders from [login to view URL] are automatically downloaded to X-Cart 3. X-Cart charges credit card and sends order to Fulfillment house 4. Go to [login to view URL] then choose “tools” on the top toolbar and then chose data integration on the side toolbar 8. Amazon API A. Sell products on Amazon through Seller Central (we already do) 1. X-Cart products can easily be loaded to Amazon from X-Cart site 2. Orders from Amazon are automatically downloaded to X-Cart 3. Amazon orders are sent to Fulfillment house 4.
