Clone a website(Simple functionality)

I would like a professional php coder to make me a cloned website of a dating site. Functionality is plain simple : Users register, enter their data, upload photo. Other visitors can look up other users by their entered data but only can view contact details after they register. This should be a piece of cake for php developer.
