E commerce test page

Hi, I have made a website and would like you to help me finish it up. I am testing a product right now and would like to hire you to setup a test webpage where I can see how much demand there is for the product. I would like it to look like this page here: [login to view URL] Notice that it does not charge the credit cards. I do not want to bill the cards, just send them to a page that shows I am currently out of stock. This is all. My page is a little more complicated due to multiple products.
