E-Commerce Website

Looking for an e-commerce website for digital products i.e. ebooks/software/scripts that can be downloaded after purchase. **Do Not** Want any CMS type site. Instead of just Me (Admin) being able to upload products, would wish that members who join (free <strike>and paid both</strike>) can upload products - which go to My server and not theirs. So I would not want any type of pre-built website. Want one that stands out from the rest. Affiliate program built into the site that pays like Rapid Action Profits (first sale pays me, second sale pays member, third sale pays me etc.). I would also like this to be changeable? in the Admin area Per Member (first sale pays me, second sale pays member, third sale pays member - or first, second sale pays me, third sale pays member - or any variation of this at Admins choosing - Per Member). If the per member would be too much programing, then keep it simple to 50-50 (like first example). Template (HTML) based where Admin can change the look of the site, via Admin area or Templates - either does not matter - whichever is easiest to code. Include Admin area for approve/deny members/products/ etc. and tracking of sales/members/profiles etc. and a user (members) area for uploading, contact Admin form, settings, special offers page, etc... Ability to use this script/website on Any website, written in PHP/HTML, and all rights of script pass to me. Do not need any type of graphics, can do that myself. ## Deliverables If all work is created and in working order after upload, there may be other work involved at a later date. The other work would involve a widget that members/affiliates could include on their Facebook/MySpace/Website pages and earn commissions in that way. By saying that, I have come to the conclusion that what I am wanting will be hard to do and take some time to complete. So, I have given this some thought, and decided to limit some of the things that I would like to have done. So what I have done is created a new project for you to bid on. Please Note: You Must know how the Rapid Action Profits affiliate script works. This will be the backbone of the whole script. I will invite those of you who I have talked with already, as you already know how the RAP script works. So please look for me to invite you to bid on the new project. I apologize now for taking up your time on this project. Everytime I think I have a solution to one problem, I find another problem. The new project will be much better and easier to do, and easier to understand. It will involve only one person uploading products, not many, but will still have a way for affiliates to sign up free without buying a product, and people who buy a product will automatically become an affiliate.
