HTML/CSS Optimization for FF 1.0, IE 6.0-7.0, SAFARI, OPERA(repost)

One HTML page ([login to view URL]) using some jQuery with two cascading CSS files has been optimized for Firefox. IE>6.0, Safari and Opera does not show the page correctly. The job consists in making all the changes necessary, so that the side is shown correctly in the above mentioned browsers. The <div> structure of the page need to be maintained. The site contains two cascading CSS files. jQuery is used only to slide a sidebar in&out. Some minor improvement (gaps btw. top menu too large, white line in tab, some alignments) should be fixed too.
