376361 OSCommerce/UPS Shipping Neg Rt

We have to fix a problem on our website ([login to view URL]). We need someone who knows the following: - PHP (not sure which version we have) - "osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 RC1" - "UPSXML v137" Shipping Module Contribution Our problem is that our current Web Designer installed the "UPS Choice" Module which does not allow you to obtain your negotiated UPS Rates - only the Standard UPS Rates. So when the customer goes to get the price quote on the web site, the web site is supplying them with UPS's standard shipping rates (which are too high!). Our company has negotiated rates w/UPS and that's what we need to get our website to show the customer. The UPSXML v137 Shipping Module handles negotiated rates. However, I installed that, and it would not return rates from UPS. Instead, we received an error that says "41" is not a valid State - when we enter NJ as the Ship to State. 41 is the code in the database for NJ. So the problem is that it is simply returning the wrong field. So we put the Web Site back to where it was before (Using the UPS Choice Module instead) so it will return quotes to the customer (but it is not returning the negotiated rates).
