Add captcha code to insightly web to contact form - Repost - open to bidding

I need to edit my web to contact form that was generated through the INSIGHTLY CRM to inlclude a captcha or some sort of spam filter. I have been getting a few quality leads but WAY TOO MANY SPAM LEADS!!! please help! this is my contact form code. I use a CRM called Insightly that generated this code for me to use on web to contact forms. Insightly doesnt contain any sort of captcha system so I am attemting to add the code for a captcha widget that I added to the wordpress page. Long story short I need to manually apply the code for the widget, to the code that was provided by my crm "web to contact code" The instructions to place the capthca within my "web to contact code" are: I would like to add Captcha to the custom form on my website. How can I do this? Install the Captcha plugin and activate it. Open the file with the form (where you would like to add captcha to). Find a place to insert the code for the captcha output. Sounds like I need to identify if this "web to contact code is html or some other variation of coding? And then place the captcha code into the contact form
