Alipay - Virtuemart - Joomla 3.0+ integration

Im looking for a developer who can achieve the exact results/outcomes im after. I have various Joomla websites with virtuemart shopping carts built in. I wish for my consumers to add products to their cart and eventually checkout and pay with alipay into a designated alipay account. Then redirect back to the site once payment is successful. I want it packaged in a way that it can easily be "uploaded & installed" from the joomla extensions manager inside Joomla. So I can easily share/sell it with other site owners. There would need to be some backend options that are interchangeable such as alipay account details ect. .. I want full copyrights to it once its built with an agreement you wont reproduce or sell it yourself once I pay to build it. One last thing... It just needs to work. Automated replies to my requests wont be considered!
