You said you had attached a sample document, but i cant seem to find it, please send me a copy, I shall be able to help you better that way. Are those documents mostly a template and you need to edit some specific items (example: Name, Contact details, Amount exchanged, etc. ) for every transaction? If that is the case, I would like to help you.
