We currently have a JScript that inputs data from a CSV file, processes it, and exports a KML. We now want to use PHP to input the same data from a JSON, process it, and export a JSON. The processing involves combining fields, splitting up comma-separated values, and detecting errors. You can see the existing code in the attached file. We also want to add a feature where the PHP script sends an email if it detects any errors.
