App/Website Build - Membership, Reports, Reviews and search forum

I am looking for a skilled developer to build an app/website with a primary focus on reporting and reviewing mobile numbers from clients with bad behaviour, for workers in the sex industry. The app/website will require user authentication through username and password. I have attached some photos, of an example website to show you how basic it needs to be (this website is also a search directory, I am not after this, only to help workers in the industry eliminate bad behaviour that may cause risk to their wellbeing). The 2 main tasks the website/app needs to accomplish is search/review numbers and create report. At the start it will be free to use, after a while (3-12 months), it will be a paid monthly subscription. In addition, the following features will need to be included: Membership Management: - A membership system that allows users to create accounts to log in. - The ability to manage member profile and subscriptions. Search, Review and Rating System: - A review and rating system that allows users to leave feedback and comment on mobile phone numbers. - The ability to search mobile numbers quickly through the website or app when signed in. Preferred Platform: - We are open to either Android or iOS platform, plus a web-based solution. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience building apps/websites with reporting and analytics features. - Knowledge of user authentication systems and membership management. - Familiarity with review and rating systems and search forums. - Strong knowledge of either Android or iOS development, or web-based development. - Ability to design clean, intuitive interfaces for a seamless user experience. I have had some questions, here are the answers: 1) The mobile phone search will only be internal through the website with signed up members logging these mobile phone numbers personally. 2) With subscription , users will pay monthly (after the free subscription ends). No different tiers or pricing at this stage.
