automate some windows work

I need to write a simple program or script to automate some works under windows. Here is what I want to do: -get the starting points from bg1/[login to view URL] -get the status from bg1/[login to view URL] -run ccleaner (through command line) -start bg1/[login to view URL] -wait 1-2 hours (let me define the time) -kill some task (i will let you know which programs) -get the ending points from bg1/[login to view URL] -update the folloiwng things to a remote mysql db (date and time,folder name, status, starting point, ending point) After finished the above processes, repeat it again but this time it will process bg2 directory (e.g. bg2/[login to view URL],bg2/[login to view URL],bg2/[login to view URL]). I usually got 10-20 bg folder, your script need to process them one by one. If the script finished the last folder, it should start from the first folder again. It's kind of like infinite loop.
