Build a job recruitment site

Hi, I have a job recruitment site/ job Portal which have to finish. Site is [login to view URL] The functionality of this site would be like [login to view URL] Project Description : The client has already built a site on Wordpress and on a bootstrap system for responsiveness, however his developer can no loner work on it to complete the site and he has asked me to have a look and see if we can complete it for him. The main thing is that the jobseeker is able to upload his/her CV and then be able to select job preferences that they are interested in. On Hotel Jobs when you sign up onto the site they have category boxes that you can select relevant to the types of roles you as the jobseeker are interested in i.e.: management couples or finance and so on. Once they have done this when a recruitment agency/recruiter posts a new job listing a email will go out to the jobseeker notifying them of a new post that is live with one of the categories they have selected. Obviously if the post is not relevant to what they are looking for then no email will be sent. As a recruitment agent/recruiter the main functionality is uploading job content and management thereof. If you take a look at the screen shot above as a recruiter you can manage your content they can edit, copy or expire posts as and when they please. Job listings must only stay active for a period of 30 days and then they expire. A email is sent to the recruiter notifying them that the post has expired and the recruiter then has the option to go back and repost the listing if required. I have attached a screen shot of the notification above. The other feature I like is something called CV alert please see attached to this email. If a new jobseeker to the site uploads their CV a mail gets sent out to the recruiters with a list of new CV’s that have come in that day. The recruiter can then go through the CV’s and use them if they want to. I have added 3 screenshots here to check. Please tell me total time & cost for this project. Thanks.
