build 2 pages ecommerce site with admin

1st page, static home with some text/images 2nd page, with some questions as a multi step form. after form complete, integrate paypal for payment and show thank you message and send email to admin. there will be a basic admin, from where admin can login and check orders. i have already completed both front-end pages layout in html/css/js. need little modifications.
