This communication is unofficial and that is why I'm using my personal email. The selection method for the consultant is single sourcing - I therefore need to get to terms with a developer/designer before we begin the official communication. Please look through the detailed TORs as attached and give a quick rough estimate of the project - like I said, you do not need to worry about your response because this is not an official communication. Please take note of the deliverables section and know what will be required of you. Additionally, share with me a few of your projects ASAP as you prepare the rest. More importantly, the project must be undertaken by a legal establishment that also accepts bank transfer payments if beyond Uganda. Please make effort and reply in time. Notes: 1.
