ok i been trying for few weeks but all i get is people who dont know what they are doing, anyone that sends a message i can clearly see has not looked at this project or knows how to do it will be ignored, i have wasted too much time, i need a bluetooth eddy stone app for windows read all this message please, the app must be for a windows device, and it must act like a eddy stone becon, that transmits a bluetooth short message and a clickable link to a website of my choice, the message and url must be able to be edited, it must also conect to my data base and i have a online admin panel, i can show you, its so i can turn the app on or off and add dayus or take days off subscription, message me with details that you can do this and how you will do it, show me in your message you understand this , if you dont i will ignore you, thank you, look at my reviews im a good employer, and need some one who knows what there doing
