Customize wordpress theme and fix Super Socializer plugin

Hi, please read all bellow with attention. I'm using this theme: [login to view URL] And I mainly need: 1. Change from "quote post type" to regular post type, like regular blog article (with text and image). Of course, it is possible to post regular article in the back-end but I need that other people (users) can post in the front-end, like other post types (available in the theme). 2. Do that regular article summary be displayed on home page and other pages like category page, author page etc, as it already happens with other post types now. (See Screen-shot-3) 3. Fix issues from Super Socializer plugin (mainly CSS issue, I think). The Facebook like button goes over header and when Google plus 1 button is activated, it is unconfiguring scroll and sidebar. (see Screen-shot-1 and Screen-shot-2) Depending of cost, I also want: 1. When user is requested to log-in (for example, to post comment or when the session expires) "redirect them" (show them) the theme login window, avoiding the regular wordpress login page. 2. Fix other main issues that arise in the first months to keep site working well. And think how much is to give additional assistance in the first 12 months.
