Defect - Resolve issue: Web page hosted in godaddy does not send emails -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can help resolve an issue with my personal website hosted on Godaddy. The problem is that the web page is not able to send emails. Skills and Experience: - Experience with Godaddy hosting and email services - Knowledge of web development and troubleshooting - Familiarity with email configuration and SMTP settings - Ability to diagnose and fix issues with email delivery - Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of the problem. The ideal freelancer should have a good understanding of Godaddy's email services and be able to diagnose and resolve issues with sending and receiving emails on a personal website. They should also have a strong background in web development and troubleshooting to identify and fix any underlying issues. Issue: There is a current logic in an [login to view URL] page (ASP.NET) that is called from an asynchronous call in the front-end that triggers send email functionality. The functionality seems to work correctly (registering logs we realize that the request enters the method, and process the .Send() method which returns true but the email never arrives. This might be an issue with godaddy hosting or/ with the .NET framework not properly configured, either way, the developer will have to figure out. Requirements: - Change the current logic or Create new logic (if create new logic is the approach to go, there will have to be a parameterized code, details will have to be discussed accordingly) to Send emails from the hosted application in godaddy servers. There are two different environments: d3 and production. This should work in both environments to consider as Resolved this defect. - The send email functionality should allow sending attached files. - There is an existing web page where there is a form to upload a file and send it by email. Include necessary logic in the front-end (html, CSS and jquery) to make it work with send email functionality. The email template + the attached file should be sent accordingly. Consider the following: - The back-end logic is located in the [login to view URL] file - Ajax call is located at js/[login to view URL] - Change the hardcoded email "support" for yours to test your changes and ensure the email is actually arriving to your inbox - You can perform your tests in [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] which contains the field to upload a file. Make sure this page works uploading a file and this one is send over to the email. - [login to view URL] already has integrated [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] needs to implement [login to view URL] (add/modify code as required) - we should have only one implementation in [login to view URL] that will serve to all different pages to send emails You will be provided with the following: - FTP credentials to upload your code changes and test it in godaddy server. - HTML web pages to perform your tests/changes (if required) - Current back-end code (.[login to view URL] page) and configuration settings ([login to view URL] file) where the current logic to send email is implemented. Important: Payment will be released until the web page sends emails from the current functionalities in the web pages (including sending attached file), in the environments d3 as well as production.
