Development of a Wordpress-based website

We’re looking for a reliable PHP programmer with experience in creating and modifying websites (both backend and frontend aspects). The programmer will be responsible for modification and development of our website. The site is based on a Wordpress platform that has been customized and modified to our needs. We count on a long-term cooperation and we’re looking for a person interested in that type of cooperation. Duties: - Fixing and optimizing current modules of the website - Designing new modules, for example an advanced user comments system or a panel for user account management, integration with a payment system, etc. (both frontend and backend solutions). New modules may be based on complex and non-standard solutions, so we’re looking for a creative programmer who’s not afraid of challenges - Optimizing the speed of website performance Requirements: - Very good skills with PHP and MySQL - Experience with Wordpress platform - Experience with building and developing complex websites - We expect reasonable responsiveness: answering our emails or contact via Skype or phone within 24 hours and in emergencies dealing with problems as soon as possible - Signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) - Devoting at least 20h of work per week - Proficient English skills both in writing and speech Characteristics of cooperation with us: - Payment on a per hour basis (we can negotiate the per hour rate) or payment for implementing a module - We expect to start our cooperation within 1-2 weeks - We plan a long term cooperation (at least 3 months) - Remote work is ok
