Elance ODesk Auto Bidder and Bid Parase needed.

Hello, I want a supreme Elance parse/auto bidder, what i want the software to do is, that first a user should login to the system (desktop software or remote software) I should be able to put a text for bidding, and define how many bids i want the bidder to make, there are 6 categories Web development Simple Web site Ecommerce Flash Hosting Search engine optimization webd esign and development I want to define 1 text for each of the category, also there will be another text box, where i can put a text for each category, it should find projects that have their private message board box open (as elance now allows sellers to contact the buyers before posting the bid, it should smash the whole elance project buyers with a private message that i definae.
