Events Consulting Website!!

First of all: my BUDGET is from $30 UNTIL $100. If you think to bid more then $100, please do not do it otehrwise will increase the BID average, so please do not disturb the BID proccess. My needs: 1st: I need a Design Responsible - indispensable 2nd: The website will need 3 pages with visual effects, 1 blog page, 6 static pages, 2 pages to publish done works and 2 pages to publish testimonials, accornding struct below: - Start page - to choose weding or corp events (page with visual effects) ---- Wedding Events (page with visual effects) -------- Portfolio - like who we are of other page - just change label -------- Services -------- Done works (page to publish done works) - like special moments of other page just change label -------- Testimonials (page to publish testimonials) - like the testimonial of othe page -------- Contact (the same page of the other contact) ---- Corp Events (page with visual effects) -------- Who we are - like portifolio of other page - just change label -------- Blog (Blog page) -------- Consulting and Ceremonial -------- Ornamentation -------- Specials Moments (page to publish done works) - like done works of other pages - just change label -------- Testimonials (page to publish testimonials) - like the testimonial of othe page -------- Contact (the same page of the other contact) 3rd: If you can see we have some number of pages but many pages are duplicated, so no much work, just like "copy - paste" :) I know that isn't this but the work on pages is very reduced. 4th: I need to see previous works from you, mainly related with wedding and events, and also good visual effects.
