this is the second time I am posting this project, If you cannot deliver ALL of the requirements please do not waste your time and mine. please do not attempt to send me separate emails. just send everything here. the milestones will be: 10% upon starting the project 60% upon delivery and 30% IF you deliver within the agreed timetable, if you don't on time then I have the right to deduct from the 30% remained. finally, please do not send me a readily message explaining you read my requirements, if you say you read my requirements please make sure that you do. as for the project, I have a small website: [login to view URL], I require some changes on the material. all details are attached. you are welcome to suggest anything you find suitable and we can study it together.
