Fix PHP Script Issue for Sending SMS via Webhook

I have a PHP Script which is work properly to sending SMS via Webhook Request through Contact Form. But Now i want to use Same Script on a payment gateway webhook request but the Problem is Payment Gateway Sending Mobile Number Format with +91 Country Code which is not accepted in PHP Script so have to create a line of Code in Script so its remove Country Code and post only mobile number in results to SMS API.
