Get relation from database in laravel

I have a project in Laravel, i just want a little something, i have 3 tables people, competencies and people_competencies, every people have his competencies, my projects is almost done, i just want get the people with his competencies and put on checkbox for edit, i have a list of competencies and compare. I put on Stackoverflow [login to view URL] I get people with competencies and all competecies on view, i just want compare this //Print all competencys foreach($competencies as $competency) //if id compentecy from person id equal id from all my competencys if($competencies->id == $people->competencies->id) //checkbox id true else //checkbox is false endforeach just it just compare I cant provide my project, the work need be using Teamviewer, i guess that less that 10 minutes the job is finish my budget to do it is in the max 15USD because is a very small project
