I want to have a feature that uploads a file to google-drive (with view-only permission) and generate a url link on my web-page. also a custom google form for team reporting purpose. please submit your proposal ONLY IF YOU ARE EXPERT in google drive API and if you can do it within my fixed budget os $30.
