Implement Module for Google Dynamic Remarketing on Our Website

Looking for someone who can help us set up correctly formatted Dynamic Remarketing Code on our website. We already have Remarketing code however that needs to be adjusted to work with Dynamic campaigns. There are free plugins available online so it depends on you whether you want to do it yourself or use one of these free extensions. The code needs to be on every page and not just product page.
