This Project is for new functionality to an existing application that will allow the admin user to import from a excel file into a MySQL Database. The import routine must include the following functionality: 1. It must check to see if the record already exist. 2. If the record exists it must update the record with new information 3. If the record does not exist it must be added to the database and all appropriate data entered. 4. The import must be able to handle large files. Each of the included files will need to update or add to the appropriate table in the included SQL. Each file will need to have it's own import routine.
