I will alter the mysql table and will add three extra column - It will take 5 mns 2. Then I will write a program which will read the data from Excel column and will insert this to Mysql table. - TO write the program I need 1 hour. Another way, you can convert the excel to csv and can insert directly to mqsql table using command prompt. I will wait for your message in my inbox.
