Interactive Map for a Website

I need to create an interactive map like the ones in these references. [login to view URL] and another reference is [login to view URL] (Click on the left side on MAPA DE VENTAS). It will be included inside a page in a word press site. The base image is the one called floor plan. I attached a reference of how the shapes need to look. I drew the shapes that need to be set in a bold line in color for each tool tip. When roll over the line needs to change to a solid shape, Let's design a bubble that is visible and attractive. Inside the bubble we need to show the text I indicate in each area. Both in spanish and english so we only have one map in both language. Also as you can see in the references the circles that have the numbering should look in different colors: Green: Por Comercializar / Available Red: Vendido / Sold Orange: Arrendado / Rented Blue: Disponible para Renta / Available for Rent We also need to add the conventions somewhere next to it. Basically let's take the reference and make it better. If you have any questions let me know. It needs to be responsive so it works with the website's mobile version.
