Inventory Management System - Similar to weberp

Its an php/msql based inventory management system. Similar to weberp application with modified look and feel and easy navigation with the requirements as listed below from 1 to 8. Modules that are particular of interest from weberp are Main, Items, Suppliers, Manual, Logout Under Main we need: Payables, Purchases, Inventory, Setup. This module will be integrated with internal master application. We do have quiet a bit of modules in master application as well. Looking for a highly skilled individual or a company who has experience in health care information systems and php/mysql whom we can partner for development. Preference will be given who can demo similar type of system. Please quote your hourly rate as well. php/mysql based inventory management system requirements: 1. Ability to view/add/modify/delete suppliers thru GUI and also upload it thru csv file. 2. Ability to group the items thru Category. (view/Add/Modify/Delete Categories) thru GUI and also upload it thru csv file 3. Ability to add/modify/delete items to/from categories (select and click arrows type) thru GUI and also upload it thru csv file 4. Ability view/Add/Modify/delete items thru GUI and also upload it thru csv file 5 Ability to track order history, POs and usage history. 6 Search and filter for suppliers, items, categories. or show all. {Supplier Name, Category, Item, List price, discounted price} 7 Alert the admin (send email and red color on screen on item) on expired items. (Think as medications which are expired cannot be used) 8. Inventory reports. How Many units are there in stock? What suppliers are supplying what categories that are in stock Send email and display on gui on low stock or on expiration date? (based on configurable stock qty or prior to expiration date). What is the total amount purchased from the supplier with given dates? and details of the purchases. (order summary} What is the item summary that was ordered so for and what is used so for?
