I am looking for someone with skills in PHP to create a manual vehicle maintenance recording system into a mysql based recording system, there will be a need to make calls to an API to receive data in json format and also to send data to the api in the future so this has to be considered during development. PLEASE READ THE FILES BEFORE OFFERING TO DO THE JOB. I've included a sql file which shows roughly how I assume the database will be created but it doesn't need to be in this format, I've also attached a notes txt file with some more info and a pdf of the current paper form. It is likely this will be stage 1 of a larger project as I intend to link it to our vehicle tracking system using RESTful api
