I am asking for 15000 because freelancer.com will take some part of it and I will get lesser amount. ==========Old Proposal========== I have a sample ready with me in ASP.NET. This application gives below feature: 1. Register new number to whats app 2. Add numbers in contact list 3. Send messages to given numbers I can make changes to it so that you can specify multiple numbers and send messages in bulk. I would suggest to go for desktop application instead of web application because whats app do not have any official API and they can detect​ bulk activity from any website easily and block requests. Instead a desktop application is safe because at desktop IP changes every time we connect to internet.
