Networking Monitoring and Analysis Web Based System

Project Title: Network monitoring and analysis system - Web Based System Coding language: Platform: either Visual studio code or Visual Studio only Database DBMS: IDE: Operating System: Windows On our side - Server and Database running User side - Able to use the program in Windows - Able to use the program with Web Browser, such as Google Chrome Advantages with other system: a. with a graphical dashboard view, not CLI type dashboard. b. web based system, so user can use it anytime anywhere, no need install any software, just visit our website to use the system. c. data stored in history, so that user can look back, when they used system before. d. able to check resources and application monitoring analysis system. (Is the writer able to do resources and application monitoring in our network monitoring tools? It is like our system can track which software or application use the most WIFI and provide analysis in the dashboard. So the user is able to check which apps use the most wifi connection and use on what purpose. It is available on our mobile phone, like tracking which apps used the most cellular data and WIFI.) e. network fault detection and netwrok diagnosis for any error. (Network fault detection is something like if someone facing network issues in the network, it will alert for checking? Maybe able to check the connection speed of every user. A system administrator and users who utilize it on their own networks can use the system. • Enables admin and users to view the analysis result through a dashboard. • Enables admin and users to allocate resources through resource monitoring tools. Questions Actually the system function can develop for user only, as admin and user will be using the same function, just admin got other extra features which can manage the user account, like username [login to view URL] it correct? For Admin: • To monitor the entire network system • To monitor and allocate resources within the network • To conduct network diagnosis and fault detection • To output the analysis results in graphical format • To collect network traffic statistics and analyze data flow and insights in order to perform executive tasks like improving network performance with a great network design and diagnosing network faults. • To keep optimal performance of the network, by fault detection and correcting of the faults • To create a fake system with honeypot to trap those hackers For Personal use: • To monitor the entire network system • To analyze the monitored aspects of the network • To output the analysis results in graphical format • To maintain the optimal running of their networks by conducting network diagnosis and fault detection on honeypot.
