Sir, i have checked details and can do this job as required. i will implement it following way 1) simple bootstrap 3 based password protected admin panel. 2) from admin panel you can enable/disable payment option and can also set amount 3) if payment option is enabled user first will be taken to payment page and when clicked to paypal 4) on return thank you page will be showed, and user can then proceed to current upload page. for auto delete will write a cron script which will delete images from db based on when image is added. i guess image details are stored in db ? please let me know if you have any questions. i have 10+ year experience working with PHP and have worked all kinds of application, please check my profile page for feedbacks i have received and details.
