PHP *.flv batch processing script

Script requirements: *** Global information: *** I need a script which has a small webbased UI. This script will be feeded with some variables, so the script can start fetching *.flv videos from a given list of urls. It reads url for url and catches "description" and downloads the *.FLV file to local server. Then it the fetched values like "description" and videofilename will be stored in a mysql table. So I want a script witch processes all *.flv videos from a given url-list, downloads them and converts them via mencoder (installed and working) to a local directory. Then it should store the filename, id and description to a mysql table. *** UI Form:*** - should be in php - should have <textarea> formfield, where i can enter urls where videos are. Like youtube url. *** Root Server has Software like: *** - fedora RH4 - mencoder installed - apt-get - yum - mysql - plesk, phpmyadmin - apache 2.0 - ... and some other default *** important requirements *** - script should without php-timeout. - script should give back a status, for every processed url. (Error, Okay & Processed) *** Example *** I open browser with http://***.com/admin/[login to view URL] I see a form, where i can enter some urls like youtube I click start, and the script catches each url,step by step and processes the video by converting it with mencoder. It reads out the video "description" with regular expressions and mysql.
