PHP E-mail Expert

I need an experienced PHP expert who is highly proficient in handling e-mail. I have developed a program that sends mail through Sockets using SMTP. Now I need to add the following functionalities: - Handle soft and hard bounces. Mark emails in the db when they bounce. - Remove emails contained in the db from the text file that I can upload. The sample format of the text file looks like this: (Due to the restrictions on GAF, please assume @ sign instead of (AT) *(AT)[login to view URL] *(AT)[login to view URL] (AT)[login to view URL] (AT)[login to view URL] hello(AT)[login to view URL] etc(AT)[login to view URL] - Email scheduling. I categorize emails into "groups" and I would like to schedule groups to be sent out at specific times. Cron can be used for this. These are the three features that I need asap.
