PHP - Music Artists Website

Scope of Work: We have a client who wants a web site for music artists / newbies. Artists will get register choosing 1 of package. In every package they will have limitations e.g; how many songs they can upload, how many pictures they can upload. Simply it will be a community, where new artists will pay to post their music and listeners will isten for free but to download they will pay an amount. Details can be provided. When bidding, please provide as much detail as possible, including the length of time you think the project will take, what development tools you will be using, and what will be required of us. Please feel free to ask any questions. Winning bidder will: - Be able to communicate in English / URDU - Be available via e-mail and/or Yahoo Instant Messenger - Be able to receive funds in UK Pounds via Paypal Payment will be made promptly at completion of the project to our satisfaction. After being cheated twice, we will not pre-pay for work requested . We reserve the right to cancel the project if you do not communicate with us at least twice-weekly (excluding weekends and UK holidays) or if we decide that we do not care for the direction the project is going. You will of course be paid for any work done up to that point. Please provide URLs! If you do not provide links to samples of your work, you will NOT be considered.
